First Step (Step First!)

Domo arigato gozaimasu to the 27 karateka who joined me on the deck for our very first class in the Ueshiro Carleton Karate Dojo! A special thanks to Sempai Cailin Huyck Orr and Sempai Zoe Kortes for demonstrating Fukyugata Ichi with me for the 25 new white belts.

I look forward to training with all of you again on Thursday, and on Saturday, we will celebrate the opening of this new Dojo. Zenshin!
